Clyde C. Richard
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Clyde C. Richard is the Chief Executive Officer and a Senior Mechanical Engineer for CED Technologies Inc. Dr. Richard holds a Bachelor and Masters degree in mechanical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute along with a Doctorate Degree from the University of Connecticut.
Prior to founding CED Technologies in 1987, Dr. Richard was a professor at the United States Naval Academy for over 15 years teaching on such subjects as human factors, mechanical design and power plant mechanics. Since establishing CED, Dr. Richard has been the major catalyst to the accelerate growth of the company which has expanded to 6 offices and over 30 employees nationwide and is regarded as one of the premiere investigative firms.
Dr. Richard’s responsibilities, along with investigating and reconstructing accidents, include overseeing the marketing, business development, merger and acquisitions and the financial activities of the company.
Robert L. Miller
President: Vehicle Crash Group
Mr. Robert Miller is the President of the Vehicle Crash Group along with being the senior Certified Accident Reconstructionist for vehicular accidents. Mr. Miller holds a Bachelors Degree from the US Naval Academy and a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the US Naval Postgraduate School.
Prior to joining CED Technologies in 1991, Mr. Miller (CDR US Navy retired) served over 20 years as a Surface Warfare Officer. His duties included 4 years as an instructor at the United States Naval Academy, serving on five surface ships as an Engineering and Executive Officer. Mr. Miller is a Professional Engineer, licensed in numerous states and a Certified Traffic Accident Reconstructionist (ACTAR 818) and a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and National Association of Professional Accident Reconstructionists (NAPARS).
Mr. Miller’s responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Vehicle Crash Group, in addition to performing engineering investigation.

Jeffrey C. Richard
President
Mr. Jeffrey Richard is the President of the CED Technologies Inc. Mr. Richard holds a Bachelors Degree from Denison University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami.
Prior to joining CED, Mr. Richard has held positions in product development and marketing, computer information systems and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Richard played a key role in the development of the first (VoIP) Voice over the Internet Protocol trading device for the financial trading industry and is a member of the Professional Usability Professional Association.
Mr. Richard’s responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company along with the marketing and strategic planning of the firm.

William H. Daley III
Vice President: Mid-Atlantic 
Mr. William H. Daley is the Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic Region. Mr. Daley holds a Bachelors degree from the United States Naval Academy along with a Masters Degree from the United States Postgraduate School.
Prior to joining CED Technologies in 1995, Mr. Daley served on active duty for 20 years in the U. S. Navy. Mr. Daley’s naval service included engineering and weapons engineering assignments on four different ships, as well as serving as the Associate Chairman of the Mechanical Engineering Department at the U. S. Naval Academy. Upon completing his naval service as a commander, Mr. Daley became Director of Manufacturing for Forward Technology Industries, Inc. Along with being the Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic and Western Regions, Mr. Daley is also a senior mechanical engineer investigating accidents involving machinery operation and guarding, consumer products, slip & falls, and marine accident reconstruction.
Mr. Daley’s responsibilities include the day to day operations and growth for the Mid-Atlantic region.

Robert C. Giffen
Business Manager
Mr. Robert Giffen is the Business Manager for CED Technologies Inc. Mr. Giffen holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Virginia. He also holds a certificate in Financial Planning as well as a number of licenses pertaining to the sale of financial products. Throughout his career he has also attended numerous accounting and financial management courses at the University of Maryland.
Prior to joining CED, Mr. Giffen spent 23 years in the United States Navy where he served in a variety of ships including small combat and afloat staffs. In 1987 he was a graduate of the industrial college of the armed forces where he studied the industrial base specializing in ship building.
Mr. Giffen’s responsibilities include business management, accounting and finance for CED.

Gavin D. O'Hare
Director of Corporate Business Development
Mr. Gavin D. O'Hare is the Director of Corporate Business Development for CED Technologies Inc. Mr. O'Hare holds Bachelors Degree from the United States Naval Academy in Engineering and Political Science along with a Master Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Prior to joining CED, Mr. O'Hare was the Director of Intercollegiate Sailing at the United Sates Naval Academy along with being an adjunct professor in the Economics Department. Prior to the U.S. Naval Academy, Mr. O'Hare has held positions such as Product Manager, Account Manager and several Business Development roles.
Mr. O'Hare's responsibilities include Strategic Business Development and Sales Team Management.
