Mr. McNeal is one of CED’s Biomechanical Engineers. Mr. McNeal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and a Masters in Mechanical Engineering with Biomechanics from the University of Illinois. Prior to joining CED Investigative Technologies Inc. as a Biomechanical Engineer, Mr. McNeal has held such positions such as Supply Chain Planner and Project Engineer for a high speed bottling facility, Maintenance Engineer for General Mills and Senior Packaging Engineer for a worldwide lighter manufacturing company.

During his academic career at the University of Illinois, Mr. McNeal was the author and co-author of the following publications: Validation of a Metacarpophalangael Joint Replacement and Further Analysis to Assess Functional Ability of the MCP Joint Prosthesis, Experimental Investigation o f Finger Joint Flexion and FDP Excursion Before and after MCP Joint Arthroplasty and Experimental Verification of a Dynamic Finger Model. Mr. McNeal also was employed as a research assistant at the University of Illinois Biomechanics Research Laboratory where his duties included functional performance of silicone prosthetic implants, joint analysis, measuring joint angular displacement, electronic data acquisition and the creation of a MatLab program for deriving angular velocity, acceleration and torque for finger joints.

Mr. McNeal is a member of the American Society of Biomechanics, Society of Automotive Engineers, American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the National Association of Fire Investigators and is a licensed Emergency Medical Technician.
