Robert Lucas is one of CED’s Certified Fire Investigators. Mr. Lucas has extensive experience investigating fires and explosions. He was the lead investigator and supervisor for the Illinois Fire Department for a number of years and has been involved with many cases as an expert. Mr. Lucas is also a member of the International Association of Arson Investigators and the National Fire Protection Association.
