CED Investigative Technologies will be presenting, Working with Engineering Experts in Product Liability Cases at the 2nd Annual Product Safety and Product Liability Conference,  September 24, 2009, in  Washington, D.C.  This presentation will focus on finding the right expert, the benefits of obtaining your product liability expert early and working with experts in product cases.

CED Investigative Technologies will be presenting at the 5th Annual Workers' Compensation Subrogation Strategies ExecuSummit, August 11th, 2009, in Uncasville, Connecticut.  Our mechanical engineering expert will present on Slip and Fall Claims and Workers Comp Subrogation. This presentation will focus on the following topics: causes of slip and falls in the work place, information or evidence that needs to be obtained and retained, standards, codes, laws and policies and  the importance of the location of the slip and fall.

CED Investigative Technologies will be presenting Biomechanics and Visual Communication for Litigation at the 12th Annual Florida American Board of Trial Advocates Convention,  July 24th, 2009, in Longboat Key, Florida. This presentation, presented by one of CED's biomechanical experts, is part of a seminar titled- Experts: How to Choose Them, How to Use Them and will be divided into two parts. First, is a brief discussion of the field of biomechanics, including its origins, applications, and role in litigation. Second, CED's biomechanical expert  will discuss visual communication in litigation and will focus on biomechanical applications.
