Dr. Rowell is one of CED Investigative Technologies Inc., consultants.  Dr. Rowell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Syracuse University, a Masters in Chemistry from Iowa State University and a Ph. D., in Chemistry from Oregon State University.  Dr. Roswell has been a Professor at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis since 1975, during his teachings he also held the position of Chairman for the Department of Chemistry. He is a member of the American Chemical Society, American Association of the Advancement of Science, The Royal Chemical Society (London) and The Society of the Sigma Xi (Research Honorary).
