Vehicular Crash Group
Our Vehicle
Crash Group (VCG) specializea in multi-faceted approaches to
vehicular accidents. Senior Mechanical Engineer Robert Miller, a vehicular accident reconstructionist
with more than 12 years of experience in analyzing complex vehicular
accident, is the President of the VCG. Mr. Miller
has been involved in hundreds of complex accident cases and has
testified in courtrooms throughout the United Sates.

Accidents involving vehicles such as automobiles, trucks, motorcycles
and other motorized vehicles are becoming more and more complex
due to advanced technology and higher speeds. To respond to this
complexity the Vehicle Crash Group (VCG) will be comprised of engineers
possessing specialized and advanced skills in areas such as low
impact accidents, airbag deployment, injury assessment, pedestrian
knockdowns, biomechanical engineering, operator actions, product
defects and many other areas. The VCG will also have specialized
hardware and technology such as crash analysis software, simulation
capabilities and the ability to ability to image the event data recorder (EDR) data via the Crash Data Retrieval system (CDR) from various modules in some passenger vehicles.
“Accidents and product defects involving vehicles and potential
litigation require investigations from several different angles
and areas of expertise as impending contributors and ancillary
effects could potentially be missed unless a comprehensive approach
is used to analyze and fully understand an accident” stated
Mr. Miller. “The VCG approach to having a team of engineers
and scientist analyze accidents versus a single engineer ensures
that all aspects of a vehicle accident are explored and that nothing
is missed in analyzing the complex facets of a vehicular accident.
In cases that warrant detailed studies, the CED Vehicle Crash Group is able to bring
together people with different backgrounds and expertise who sit
together to fully analyze every aspect of a complex accident”. |
